All clubs and components carry a one-year warranty for the original owner against workmanship and breakage under normal playing conditions. Damages not covered include those not consistent with normal wear or defect, and/or deemed to have been caused by neglect or abuse.
Warranty is void if club has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Bobs Golf.
Returns on merchandise covered by the materials and workmanship warranty will receive free shipping, repairs, replacement equipment, or full credit as determined by Bobs Golf.
General Returns (NOT Custom Fit Products): Customers wishing to return non custom fit products are entitled to a full refund (minus postage costs) as long as:
1. The refund request is made within 7 working days from the day after the goods are received by you.
2. The goods are returned in their unused new condition.
3. A returns authorisation number (RAN) is obtained prior to the return of the goods. This can be obtained by contacting us and quoting your name, address, invoice number and goods purchased. The definition of custom fit goods for the purpose of this website are any clubs assembled to customer specifications. Non custom fit goods include, headcovers, and any stated pre assembled special offer items. Returns may be made by contacting us to arrange a return of merchandise. All returns must be authorised by Bobs Golf and must include a return authorisation number.
Returns on merchandise for reasons covered by the material and workmanship warranty will receive free repairs, replacement equipment, or full credit as determined by Bobs Golf.
Returns on UNUSED non-defective merchandise made within 30 days will receive credit for the purchase price (excluding postage costs) minus a 15% re-stocking fee.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges incurred for returns of non-defective merchandise.
Please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt for a return authorisation number.
Due to the fact that Bobs Golf custom assembles clubs to customer specifications, non-defective equipment that has been used may not be returned.
