your enjoyment will increase every time you hit the links.
|
Alignment:
(Body
must be square to target)
Alignment is one of the most comical characteristics in
the game of golf. If you have stood behind any group of players
and watched them tee off, you will know what I mean

|
Balance:
(Your success depends on it)
If you are not balanced throughout the entire golf swing, you
will never become consistent. No matter what sport you play, this
single characteristic is of major importance. The proper balance
is not difficult to implement, but for those not as coordinated,
it will be necessary to work diligently on this particular fundamental.

|
Posture:
(Increases
and enhances shoulder turn)
Posture is the supporting axis for the entire revolution of your
golf swing. The golf swing is based on pure common physics, therefore,
posture will control the natural movement of your golf swing.

|
Swing
Plane:
(Insures
repetitive golf swing)
One of the most effective methods in maintaining balance is to
swing within yourself. Swinging within yourself is best represented
when you swing the golf club at 80% of your power. The golf swing
must stay in front of your body and not develop into a roundhouse
motion. This means the club should stay on the swing plane for
as long as possible. Try to keep your hands in front of your body
at all times, except at the finish of your swing.

|
Timing
& Tempo:
(Masters
consistent ball control)
To achieve perfect balance, practice with your seven iron hitting
golf shots using 40% of your power or about half of your normal
backswing. Gradually build to a full swing while at the same time
increasing your power to about 80%. Remember, this is not a distance
drill, but it will improve your timing and tempo.

|
Grip:
(Place
hands properly to insure square contact)
There is no replacement for the proper grip. Your hands are the
only connection with the golf club.
